Hitch-hiker

My entry to the graphics compo at this year's Assembly. Seventh (and likely last) time in row for not qualifying to the big screen. (I still haven't uploaded my picture from last year, which I like better - I may get to that in the future.) Drawn with Paint Shop Pro, the clouds are a free brush and the trees are brushes I made myself from free vector clipart, mostly used on 60% density.

There are many things I'd have liked to fix, but ran out of time as usual, and as usual I just can't bother to fix things after the contest is over.

As to why the balloon doesn't have any wires connecting it to the cabin... it looked better without them. Really. Even the thinnest wires looked too thick and awkward.
