Pixel fetus for Fella's tree

Every Christmas tree needs a fetus ornament. If I had a Christmas tree, I'd hang it full of ornamental fetuses. Since I don't, this is my contribution to Fella's Christmas Tree Project.

Hand pixeled in Paint Shop Pro 9, using four different colors. The fetus was referenced from a stock photo. I first thought about making kind of a hanging hook out of the umbilical cord, but in the end I discarded the idea. The fetus suffers from the "two-legged horse" syndrome, technically only has one arm and one leg. Making doubles of the limbs turned out too difficult and the result was messy, so I took this approach. You'll just have to imagine the hand is behind the body and the other leg is behind this one.

Please note that this is not about pro or anti choice towards abortion, it has nothing to do with abortion at all. Fetuses are a common theme in my art and writing (though this is probably the first such work I submit to DeviantART).
